About Meghan

Meghan Kwartler is a yoga teacher and NASM certified personal trainer based in Westford, Massachusetts, where she serves as Director of Yoga Programming at WellBeing Fitness. She began her 200-hour Anusara teacher training in 2011 while living in the Pacific Northwest and completed it in 2019 with her East Coast teacher.
Her teaching weaves embodied anatomy, movement science, and mindfulness, inviting each student to honor their body, mind, and spirit by connecting to their own inner wisdom. She works one on one and in groups, including corporate settings, and adapts every practice to the person in front of her.
Meghan is especially passionate about yoga for seniors, helping older adults build the mobility, balance, and confidence to stay strong and independent, and about accessible yoga for those recovering from brain injury. She continues to deepen her own practice through study and retreat, including regular time at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and meditation study with the late Sally Kempton.
